New York City

My recent move from Whitefish Bay to New York City is worthy of a few blogs.  What an experience to move an entire household of 5 kids, a dog, 2 guinea pigs and all our valued possessions.  What a crazy concept to go from a family in the suburbs with a house to an urban family in a small apartment.  So many newfound perspectives on lifestyle, culture, fashion, pursuits, education, people, and everything.  Even the mundane things are new again - laundry, grocery shopping, transportation, walking the dog - and nothing like before.

And, really, what a test for Quivvers in so many ways.  Does it stand up to the urban life?  Will it really take me anywhere?  Here is the deal:  Quivvers has been more useful than ever.  Throughout the chaos of packing our home, moving out in -40f degrees, driving east to NYC, my Quivver was the perfect companion for the journey.  It kept my most important personal possessions (mobile phone, credit cards, keys, lip stuff, tickets, etc.) together and strapped to me without worry.  Never had to park them anywhere. Never had to repack them. Never misplaced. And always hands-free.  My own personal organizer rocked!  It allowed me to focus on my really precious valuables - my family!

Great story! What an adventure. Quivver helped organize those essentials that you can’t leave home without.
